1 tablespoon of parsley flakes
2 tablespoons of red bell peppers (diced)
1 teaspoon of Truvia sweetener
1 blender or food processor
Directions:
1. Squeeze juice from three mandarin oranges; retain a little bit of the pulp for texture and set to the side.
2. Use a blender or food processor to blend mandarin orange juice with a little pulp added, red wine vinegar, and Truvia sweetener.
3. Blend in flaxseed oil and extra virgin olive oil.
4. Set food processor or blender to pulse.
